I thought meditation wasn't for me. I can't seem to quiet my mind at all. It's nice to know I can do this. This guide explains meditation to where I can understand it. It doesn't make it sound real difficult. I can see me using it all the time. I like Level - it lets the person work at their own pace.

Certificates of completion
We send a printed Certificate Of Achievement to each person who completes one of our guides. And we send a digital version to a family member, friend or sponsor on the outside. Our certificates are always available online to share with supporters and even to show to a parole board.
